This privacy statement only covers the NHS Champions website at www.nhschampions.org.uk and The King’s Fund website at www.kingsfund.org.uk. Eligibility criteria
Nominations can be made by members of the public and NHS staff. Individuals cannot nominate themselves. The care must have been provided since September 2006 and the NHS Champion must be an employee of the NHS in London.
Incomplete nominations will not necessarily be processed or shortlisted. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
